Using GPT-3 to Automate the Training of Customer Intents

Ada, a customer service automation business, has partnered with OpenAI, the company responsible for the ChatGPT application, to take advantage of its latest technologies and improve its conversational artificial intelligence platform.

Ada is already using GPT-3 to automate the training of customer intents, and plans to incorporate it further by automatically constructing answer flows and content based on its customers' knowledge bases.

Ada is also exploring the potential of large language models and generative AI to enhance conversational intelligence, such as providing a summary of the previous customer-bot discussion to both bot builders and live agents.
