About Spanish-speaking Banking Agent
BBVA Labs have recently conducted tests on the OpenAI GPT-3 (a large AI language model) to assess its ability to generate summaries of conversations between customers and banking agents in Spanish. The tests were conducted without any customization, retraining, or transfer learning, and the conversations were taken from public online forums. The aim of the tests was to see if the AI model could produce summaries which would be beneficial to banking agents, leading to a better customer experience and saving time.
