When the generator was first developed, the team was impressed by how relevant the questions were. They were tailored to the specified job title and showed an understanding of the job requirements.

The team thought it would be interesting to also use the model to create answers to the questions. The answers were insightful and detailed, many of them being the kind of answers that you would expect a real candidate to give.
