AI Negotiation with DoNotPay

DoNotPay has developed a system that uses AI to help people negotiate with various companies. It uses Resemble.ai, an artificial intelligence technology, to replicate the voice of Joshua Browder, GPT-J (an open-source system) for polite conversations with representatives, and GPT-3.5 (OpenAI ChatGPT) and DoNotPay AI models to create a script for negotiations. This can be used for a wide range of legal matters, such as getting refunds from companies like Southwest, and can save a lot of time.
