CodeVox

Creating code from spoken language

About CodeVox

OpenAI employee Andrew Mayne presented the application in a video, calling it a "voice and natural language code development tool" compatible with both Python and Javascript. The user speaks to it, and then it runs a terminal to check the code is working correctly.

It's amazing how voice applications based on OpenAI Codex can help people with visual impairments learn coding.

It uses OpenAI Codex, which is an "evolved version" of GPT-3. OpenAI Codex is trained with an open dataset of code, such as public Github repositories.
