ChatGPT for VSCode

ChatGPT for VSCode is an extension for Microsoft's Visual Studio Code (VSCode) that enables users to access the ChatGPT service through the editor. ChatGPT is an AI-based chat interface that is able to understand and respond to natural language.

VSCode is a source code editor that includes features such as debugging, syntax highlighting, intelligent code completion, snippets, code refactoring, and an embedded Git. To use the ChatGPT extension with VSCode, it is best to run the extension in debug mode once. During the first launch, the user will need to log in to OpenAI with a headless Chrome browser.

Once authenticated, the headless Chrome mode can be turned on, making the browser invisible. This extension was created by Marcel Pociot.
